YG continues to preview his upcoming album The Gentleman’s Club with his latest single “Lovers or Friends,” featuring Leon Thomas and produced by longtime collaborator Ty Dolla $ign . The track follows the previously-released songs “Hollywood” and “2004.”
The official music video for “Lovers or Friends” is shot in black and white, with the video opening with male dancers dressed in sharp black suits, a nod to classic “Gentlemen’s Club” style. YG and Leon Thomas are seen performing with a live band, and as the video unfolds, YG and his love interest are shown dancing and enjoying each other’s company.
