“I’m good, man,” Ross tells the magazine. “Nothing has really changed,” though he notes, “It’s about being my best self and focusing on the music. I’m enjoying life and living life to the fullest.”
In fact, the “Hustlin'” artist is doing so well that he’s “putting the final touches” on his new album, Port of Miami 2, and has released a collection of men’s hair care products dubbed Rich by Rick Ross.
Regarding his forthcoming album, Ross says, “You should be seeing the new single ‘Green Gucci Suit’ featuring Future.
You should be seeing that real soon.” Rozay also tells Us Weekly that he’s “pretty sure” he’ll address his health issues on the studio project.
As previously reported, Ross was rushed to a Miami hospital in early March following a 911 call saying he was having trouble breathing. The caller reportedly said Ross was unresponsive, was “slobbing out of the mouth,” and had a history of seizures.
TMZ reported that the rapper was placed on life support and was possibly suffering from pneumonia.
After his health scare, Rick bounced back to perform onstage in mid-March at The Light nightclub in Las Vegas.
He also suffered seizures on two separate flights in October 2011, prompting him to focus on improving his health.
He’s reportedly lost over 100 pounds since.
